FMS and the Functional Movement Screen . . .
(A professional and more scientific
approach to achieving your goals)

The FMS Screen takes about a half hour to complete and it does not require intense physical exertion. It simply measures your basic movement patterns and your ability to stabilize your body in different positions. After the screen, the data can be used to more specifically identify the correct approach to your new exercise program.

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Let us more scientifically identify your weak links and apply exercise in order for you to truly be stronger. With this approach you will increase mobility and stability, reduce the risk of injury as you increase resistance. Ultimately you will feel better and get results.
